New weight lifting and ab routine?

Ok im looking for new ab and weight lifting routines. I have all the equipment weight bench, dumbells, mat, medicine ball. Im not looking for how much to lift but rather what exersizes and how many reps any suggestions? Ok im not looking to get lean or to beef up kinda an in between muscle type I want defined muscles and definied abs.
