After a workout in the AM..which lasts about half an hr, after an hour or two, is it a bad thing to go back out and do the same workout again?I am feeling so motivated and want to see change so badly that i have been doing this.Is this a bad thing to be doing or should i keep on while i am this motivated?I do get my rest while im at work and when i get home.Is a total of about 2 hrs of lifting a bad thing?

1. yeah thats very bad to go and then be done and then go back again. I understand what you mean about wanting to see the results quicker but beleive it or not you are slowing your results down doing this. While you are in the gym for your workout get everything done in one trip. Dont over work yourself. If you are doing full body workouts (working every muscle in one day) then you could workout 3 days a week tops. If you are splitting (one bodypart or 2 per day) Then you could workout 4 or 5 times a week. The main thing is to rest and not overwork.

2. just double the time you go and do everything for a long period of tym

3. You have to be careful not to overtrain your muscles and it is counterprocuctive to repeat the same exercises without giving your muscles time to recover. In my opinion the best way to train is to do 1 or 2 warm-up sets of 6-8 reps with about 50% of the weight you are going to use in your 3rd set. Do the 3rd set 'to failure' to exhaust the muscles. Once muscles have been trained like this it is necessary to let them rest because it is actually during the resting period that they will grow and tone. I hope this helps you.
