What would be a good weight lifting routine at home?

I am 16, male and i want to build and tone muscle in my arms shoulders and chest. I do not have access to a gym or weight room (for personal reasons) but i can go and buy some weights (preferably dumbells) at the store. Im not trying to get like body builder biceps, i would mainly like to get broader shoulders, bigger chest and more defined and bigger arms. What work outs can i do at home?
