Does this Weight lifting routine seem right to you?
I'm getting back into weight lifting and I want to be stronger I'm doing 3 sets of 5 reps twice a week. I'm doing 11 exercises and it takes forever because of the longer rests is this the right thing to do? Cause I read that you should only really do an hour or you go backwards. Is this completely unhealthy and I'll just wreck my body.

2. Honestly, there is no such things as a right way to build muscle, because every person builds muscle differently. The only way you can determine the effectiveness of your workouts, is to watch over your progress and make necessary adjustments accordingly.
I sometimes do heavyweight, and low reps, and get good results from it. But then my body reaches a point where it cannot progress from that training style, then I have to switch it up with a completely new intensity method.
Now I'm doing my routines with higher reps, and am noticing an increase in mass...
Listen to your body, and watch your results. That is the best way to go about working out.
