I am going to go to gym and do about an hour and 15 mins of cardio everyday except Sunday... and i was just wondering how many reps of 10 should i do with weight lifting if I only want to burn fat? NOT build giant giant muscle?
YEAH 'YAAA' i actually do know about loosing weight being i lost about 40 pounds last year at a gym.
oh and if i do this do you think i could loosse 25 lbs by sep 5?
