What food should i not eat while lifting weight/building muscle?
I need help, i cant find any sites that can help me with finding out what foods i should not eat while lifting weights/building muscle. This is for my school project, im explaining weight lifting.

1. check out bodybuilding.com sometimes u gotta think of ways to lose weight and u gotta traick ur body into giving it the nutrition to build muscle, but most people dont think they just ask and follow and then give up. there's nnothing wrong with asking but just think deeper. but its basic just dont eat more than 15% fat a day and eat a lot of protein in lean meat, chicken and turkey breast, fruits, vegetables, whole-grain foods, skim milk or low fat milk. dont eat sweets and too many carbs. i cant give u specifics because it would be a whole page so i am generalizing it for u.
2. Avoid sugar as much as possible. Unfortunately it's put in a lot of foods during manufacture, like bread for instance and baked beans. So eat plenty of fresh foods, meat and fish, and fruit and vegetables. Give the processed foods a miss if you can, and always read the labels to see what is in the food before you buy. Sugar causes muscle weakness.

I think it would be better to explain what is important to eat, rather than what is not important to eat when weight training... but if you must state what NOT to eat, then simply talk about the bad foods you already know about... i.e. Big Macs, chips, junk food, etc.
Now, one thing I always recommend to those I train is to allow them to have one meal per week of whatever they want... including junk food (unless they are preparing for a contest). This helps maintain their sanity if they are dieting or eating super clean foods all the time. One bad meal per week is not going to ruin any gains made during that time in my opinion.
