How much weight am I suppose to gain in weight lifting?
I started weight lifting about 3 months ago, and already I seen myself gained 10 pounds. Is that a normal weight to gain, or am I also eating too much? I'm 6', so that makes me a tall guy. I started out not knowing anything about weight lifting, but now I could bench about 225 max and the same with squat. So, could someone tell me if I gained 10 pounds of fat over the 3 months, or muscle, or both?

1. no idea
You'll need to get your body fat checked over. Unless your diet is spot on its likely to be a little of both
2. You absolutly gained muscle.
After only three months of training you made some phenominal gains in strength.
You'll gain the most muscle when you first start training. That's why it's important to stick to it your first year.
The first year is when your going to build your base and put on the most muscle.
After that window of opportunity the gains will come just not as fast.
CONGRATULATIONS!!
Good luck
