What are good weight lifting day combinations?

I want to start lifting hard because wrestling season is over and I can gain weight. I am focusing more so on upper body: biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, and back. What would be good combinations on days like would shoulders and triceps be good or what. Please help

1. I do a full body workout 3 days a week. I am building more muscle this way than I ever did isolating one body part each workout.
