Weight lifting?
I have been lifting weights to gain muscle and to lose weight. I can tell I’m gaining more muscle in my arms but I’m not losing any weight either, Nor have I gain any. I have cut down on all of the bad foods and I have been exercising more, but for some reason I cant go below how much I weight now Why is that ?

2. This is common, and the answer is that muscle weighs more than fat. As you decrease the fat composition of your body, the lean muscle mass is increasing ... and because the lean muscle mass is more dense, it wighs more and counterbalances the fat loss. Keep it up though, and soon you will start to see big changes. And congratulations on your initiative to change your lifestyle! Good thinking!
3. Losing weight and gaining muscle is hard because muscle is heavier than fat,so even though ur losing fat you can gain weight because the extra muscle but u will look a whole lot better and feel better.
