How Do I Get Back To My Weight Lifting Routine?

I took a break from lifting weights ( 1 Month) How should I get back to it?
Like: how much weight or if same weight, reps, how often
What i worry about is the muscle soreness or pain, don't know if it's normal

1. Try the same amount of weights and reps. If it doesn't feel comfortable then decrease either one and build up from there.

2. This isn't rocket science. Go a little easy the 1st several sessions if you feel fine go harder. Now, that wasn't hard was it?
