1. its not how much you work out its more so what you eat. why when i was a lad I ate 4 dozen eggs everyday to help me get large! but now that i'm grown I eat 5 dozen eggs and im practically the size of a BARNNN!!!
2. well you were probly only young and just grew lol
let me tell you something no food can make you gain muscle the only thing that will give you muscle is working out you should eat good but also work out if you wanna be big and bulky lift heavy weight small reps or if you want to be toned and in good shape like a ufc fighter lift light weight but lots of reps remember just eat good everything natural not man made and work out and lots of cardio
3. I don't know what that first one was about. MMA training doesn't focus much on weight lifting as much as you would think. Once you get a moderate amount of meat on you it will be all you need. I'd focus more on flexibility.
I trained with guys from America Top Team and we practiced ballistic isometrics. This is basically where we get dropped from a height and have to catch ourselves before we fall. It works reflexes, contortion, joint/regular strength. This is just one of the many strange exercise routines you will run into in the gym. Trainers have more tricks and myths to prepare for a fight than any gypsy. What they all have in common is they're uncomfortable and borderline torture.
You're a walking weight room if you choose to use it. Harness your own strength with calisthenics, vertical wall push-ups, etc. Try to do everything with an explosiveness too. Nothing in the cage is slow paced.
4. ok you really want that fast twitch mucle fibers which is good for endurance big bulky muscle will slow you down and it will suck up way too much oxygen and make you tired faster you need more reps lighter weight probly lift about 2 times a week the weights are good for helping you loose fat as well most boxers do lots of polymetrics work out with medicine ball and do pushups you could be a great fighter without weights though look at fighters like bj penn anderson silva and kenny florian they probly rarely lift weights
5. umm.. 50kg??
6. go to crossfit.com and do their workout of the day on days of the week thaat you don't train in martial arts. make sure you have a rest day. it is essential to have a rest day so your muscles can heal
7. the best thing is reversed curl....and punch with weights in your hands.
