1. Split the body in half doing upper one day and lower another.
Work out hard and you only have to do each once a week.
Start with the bigger muscles first and finish with the smaller
I "Giant" set chest to back to traps and repeat X4 ea (HARD!)
Then giant set tricept to bicep to shoulder x 3ea (HARD!)
Do some core work and you're done. 45 mins and go home!
2. Depends on what you want to do, get bigger, cut up the muscle you have, etc. Since I like to lift hard this has worked well for me.
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Tris
Day 2: Legs, Back, Bis
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Shoulders, Chest, Tris
Day 5: Back, Legs and Bis
I do 3 lifts for 3 sets of between 6-12 for the first muscle, 2 lifts of 3 sets for the second, and 1 set of 3 and a drop set of the last. I usually do abs on my rest day at home. Good luck.
3. I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.thin-fit.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 5.49$ shipping and handling.
