Need professional weight lifting routines?

Hey. This whole summer all i did was cardiovascular activity. I ran, ran and ran more. I lost 15lbs and now i weigh 142. I used to weight lift for a year, about 3 times a week, and i usually benched 115-135 lbs. I broke my finger so i couldnt bench so i can start doing it now again. I am planning to wrestle this year for the first time (junior year) and i wanna become much stronger. I benched all year last year and i didnt really become stronger.

I want a good routine that WORKS, not only on you but on many others. I wanna be able to bench over 225lbs by February (i can max out 150 now). I want a routine that will make my arms very nice looking, biceps, triceps, shoulders, i want a chest workout that will make me have nice pecks, and even some leg and ab workouts. I understand this is a lot to ask but if anyone knows a great routine and a schedule with it i would appreciate it greatly, and give best answer.

thanks

1. I'd stongly recommend Starting Strength. It's an excellent routine, especially for people who are new or just getting back into lifting.

Other good routines are

Stronglifts 5x5
Bill Starr's 5x5
Texas Method
Westside for Skinny Bastards

They are all excellent routines that are recommended by serious lifters.

Also in future breaking a finger doesn't mean you can't strenth train. Things like single legs squats and zerchers can still be done. You could also but weightlifting hooks.

2. OK well... i do boxing and personally i think it sounds feminine but skipping and stretching will put you ahead of the game, your weight is the best weight to work with. repetition is better than more weight.

3. You simply need to workout hard and switch it up. Time yourself and do circuit training.
