what are some intense weight lifting routine and motivation?
i need an intense weight lifting routine/diet to build muscle and lose fat fast. i also need some motivation for the first 30 minutes so i can get my adrenaline running. best answer 10 points. thanks (i only have a iron gym pull up bar,bench press with 100lbs and two 15 lb dumb bells)

2. Excellent. Eat more protein (meat, fish, eggs, nuts) and vegetables. There are a number of options. You could try the 100 routine where by you aim to lift the weight for 100 reps. Not easy and a potential for over training. Increase reps and sets - 12-25reps/3-10 sets. Must have 3-4 minute between sets to allow muscle recovery. Protein is a key to muscle and you will need to eat more, every two hours. Motivation - what music gets you going - play it. Look in the mirror - what do you see. Pictures of body builders to look at, compare, aim for.
