Can someone make me a weight lifting routine to make my muscles the biggest possible?
I am about 5'7'' and 150 pounds. I am nothing new to lifting free weights. I was wondering if someone could help me with making me a routine to maximize my strength and muscle size. I can work out almost everyday, for multiple hours. Please help?

3. I dont recommend trying to get your muscles huge quick. Why? because that's how you get injured. Just keep with a simple 10-20 range and you will gain endurance and strength. Which will actually help you in real-life situations.
