weight lifting routines (lean and muscular as opposed to big and bulky)?
I am depressed and i need something to do so i want to start lifting weights again. Not to sound gay but I kind of want a routine that will get me the "Taylor Lautner look." I mean i'm not really lifting for any sports any more and I might as well work towards something. I'm skinny and lean, and in the past have had a decently muscular and toned body. I'm looking for that again but I want an actual system instead of my routine which worked, but was kind of unorganized. So give me some routines and stuff. Leave out anything about running (I am a runner, and know enough about it) and just tell me some routines and maybe some supplements (proteins about the only thing i'll use, none of this creatine crap or anything haha) or good food to eat. Please only answer if you know what you're talking about :)

1. Hey whats up Nick. Without going into extreme detail here I can give you some good advice and send you in the right direction. If your going for lean and muscular you want to lay off the calories but keep your protein levels highs, foods like White meat chicken (baked with no oil), Tuna (in water) is another good example (a simple google search will show you all sorts of goodies). Really all you need is some whey protein and just watch your calorie intake. Other than that you'll be good to go. Just keep your work out routine consistent and you'll get the results you are looking for.
2. any routine should be based around squats, deadlifts and other compound movements. the way you get big is by eating big.
3. No such thing as lean muscle or bulk muscle.. that is a myth. The look you achieve depends on your bodyfat level and how long you have been gaining muscle mass.
