What should i do on my off days of my Weight lifting routine?

I lift 3 days a week right now. The workouts are really intense that's why its 3 days a week. But i have a weight lifting class in the morning and was wondering what i could do along with the routine and not over use my muscles.

2. Meditate.

3. Stretching and cardio. Keep the muscles flexible with some aerobics.
Yoga breathing exercises are also wonderful to complement your weightlifting routine as more oxygen means stronger and bigger muscles.
