Good weight lifting routines?
im planning on lifting everyday over the summer to get built up and i was wondering if anyone had some routines that worked good for them

1. day 1- triceps, chest
day 2- biceps, back
day 3- abs, legs, shoulders
day 4- rest
take one gram of protein for as much as you wish to weigh
i gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks, good luck
2. Yep, the answer above this one is great. You must take that day off-if you don't your muscles will digress(shrink or tear).
