I need an intense 7 day weight lifting routine?

Ok so I am on some protein shakes and some muscle supplemtents. I need to bulk up and fast can someone please give me an intense 7 day weight lifting routine. I have been looking around and it looks like most routines are just a few exercises is there any way I can do a lot more?

1. sorry..i dont have an actual routine but i have some tips for you:
-don't work on the same body parts two days in a row. your muscles need rest the next day so that they can build.
-don't do too much cardio.
-take protein shakes and eat a lot of protein right after you lift.

2. There's little chance you're going to "bulk up" fast - at least in the 7 days you're suggesting. It takes awhile to build lean muscle and trying to do it in a hurry is likely just to result in an injury. Head to the library and read through about a year's worth of Men's Fitness magazine - you'll get plenty of workouts there to guide you in developing an effective workout routine for you. Good Luck.
