How long should I wait to eat my Breakfast/Dinnerafter weight lifting workout ?
I usually take eat 2 biscuits or a small fruit before starting my workout and after finishing my workout I take soya milk immediately and after 30-45 mins I eat my breakfast/dinner
Someone told me that I shoul wait for half an hour to take bath after finsihing my workout so I am following it.
Am i doing anything wrong ?
Do I need to make any changes in it ?

1. You need protein after you workout. Eat a high protein meal 20 minutes after your workout
2. nope the more you eat close to your work out, the better results you will have.
3. I'm not sure of the logic about the not taking a shower. As for eating a little something before, that's a good idea. There's nothing worse than running out of gas in the middle of the workout. After your workout, you should drink whey protein and not soy. Whey is better for muscle building. You should also get most of your meal in within 30 mins after your workout.
4. You should drink a whey protein shake within an hour after working out. Your muscles will be starving for the amino acids in the protein shake. A meal won't do much because it needs to be digested and that takes your body some time to do. By then your muscles won't benefit from the protein source and so it kinda goes to waste.
