What is a good weight lifting routine to help with MMA?

I need to get like a workout program that I can do everyday. I go to the gym everyday after school and I do Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. I just need to know a weight lifting workout to help me.

If you insist on doing weights daily, here is a 7-day plan.,
mostly o-lifts.

1. power clean 5x1x5
2. flip snatch 5x1x5
3. front squat- 3 sets, reps variable
4. standing press 3x3 (working up in weight)
5. deadlift 5 doubles (working up in weight)
6. abs- your choice
7. forearms and calves- your choice
