How can I combine weight lifting workouts with Jumpsoles?

Like im trying to see how i can put my weight lifting time in wit jumpsoles on the same day and how many times a week should i do it and how far apart? What are some good supplements for vertical jump training like the ones sold at GNC? I Got a 26 inch vertical and im trying to get a 35 or higher before april and its december the 17 right now. I want to break the record at my high school. Please help me out guys and gals i really want to know what all of yall know. And P.S im 6'0 flat and can barley grab rim every now and then. I can only grab it when im pumped but i can touch rim like everytime i jump. Hope thats enough info for yall to help me out.

do this everyother day over the summer, youll be at 35 by ball season..
Protein only helps speed up the rebuilding of torn muscles
Creatine can boost your preformace, make you stronger
T-Bombs, a testerone booster will also make you stronger and give you that extra few inches quick with a workout
Id go with Creatine, T-Bombs are expencive

2. yah i would go with creatine get the pills though the powder taste horible i think and drink lots and lots of water with it cuz it gets me dehydrated and when u workout lift and strech squats are good and so is jumping rope
