What are some good weight lifting workouts?

1. Starting Strength. Simple (not necessarily easy) workout plan. Very straightforward. A lot of good, detailed info about the exercises and your anatomy. The purpose of SS is to make skinny guys big and strong quickly. It's not the only good source out there, but I think it's the most bang for your buck as a newbie. Be ready to eat and sleep more.
2. Hi Chuck,
A really good resource is Arnold Schwarzenneger's New Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. It has a ton of different workouts you can do and is pretty cheap (I think you can get it on Amazon for less than $20). It's a little thick, but it's also very beginner friendly.

3. you'll need a bench a rope and a fifteen to twenty pound dumbell. First Tie one end of the rope to the dumbell and the other end to the tip of your penis noting that this sounds a little strange but REALLY WORKS. Second stand up on the bench holding the dumbell straight out in front of you and third drop the dumbell, squat, and then shoot your hips back up to bring the dumbell back to shoulder level, catch it and repeat the process. This is excruciatingly painful but will add inches in just a matter of minutes, your welcome.
4. it depends on your body, usually do a 3-4 days per week more if you believe you can do it remember to stand straight and do each rep slowly for each exercise aim to do 3 sets and 8-12 reps each and include exercises like bench press, deadlifts, squats and Military press.
