1. first is rolling, roll as much as you can but besides that weights are good dont get me wrong but make sure you stay flexible so kettle bells are a good work out but for specifics go to menshealth.com they got really good workouts there
2. Running stairs or hills are always good.
3. streaching is most imporatant for the style
build overall fitness like run alot
they use core and legs so do sit ups planks and squats but make sure to build unbelivable leg flexability
