1. thats what its for, so i believe so :D

2. i've tried that stuff before and it is amazing. i drank 2 scoops before and after my workout. i did start to get a little fat so i had to lift weights and do cardio too. dont drink it in the mornings if you are not going to workout. it adds a lot of calories to your diet so if you dont workout after you drink it you will start to gain fat. hope this helps!

3. It is a after workout drink to rebuild the muscle tear down, To keep you going during and before have a drink with carbs for the energy needed to get you through your work out. Creatine is a during and after drink for faster muscle growth. You still have to watch your overall caloric intake so as not to put on fat.

4. I am not familiar with monster milk, but creatine is great to get more muscle without gaining fat. Creatine gives your body ATP to boost your energy, while also a volumizer. As a volumizer, creatine stores water in your muscles to help them bulk up, water weight and fat are very different; and you will know where the extra weight is being stored. You are to take creatine before your workout to help get your body prepared, then afterwords I recommend glutamine for recovery. This is if you are trying to get stronger and build larger muscle. I get mine from www.techplatesdirect.com - they have a coupon right now 'Angela' that gets you 15% off.

5. Yes, if you can spare the money at least have it after you work out. If you are truly working out, I don't think you will have to worry about body fat...........you will be shedding or stripping fat all the time and changing shape.........that's why it's important to look in the mirror once in a while and take pics. Stick with it......don't give up.......build something you can be proud of and yet humble.
