1. Swimming. Take a lifeguard course and learn to tread water for about an hour at a time. Far better exercise than lifting weights for a CB. If you're gonna lift, here is something you should know. You lift heavier weights with fewer repetitions if you want to build bulk. You lift lighter weights with more repetitions if you want to tone your muscles.


But I'm dead serious when I tell you that swimming is without a doubt the best exercise you could do to build endurance, tone every muscule in your body and do it without injury.
