What weight-lifting routines can you advise for an endo-meso?
I'm an endo-meso... I'm getting back into shape, and I am been seeing results. Anyone with the same body type as me? What routines do you do at the gym?
I won't ask about supplements and dieting anymore because mine just works fine.

1. go 2 the gym every other day 4 ew hours.. do some cardio 4 while.. when u hapopy u got rid of most of the fat do weight liftin 2 build up some mucles b4 goin swimin which is best of both ;)
2. work out large muscle groups first ...for ex. chest then biceps...back muscles then triceps..do squats before calves...try split routines...and cardio for at least 45 minutes.....warm up before and warm down after...
3. work out everyday, and run, You gotta stay busy, and burn calories, EAT LOW FAT, DIET!! LOTS OF WATER! its not hard, JUST DO IT!
4. Eat low fat and exercise a lot at the gym
