Where in the net can I find weight lifting routines that I can use in the Gym with the machines?
I’m looking to find sites that will give me some routines as how to use the machines in the gym in a combination so I can have faster results in my body and not harm myself in the process and also I will like to have a stretching routine for the different parts of my body that I’m working that day of the routine I will like the routines to be made for women’s and their bodies.

1. You might want to corner one of the trainers at your gym. That's what they're paid to do...They should have taken you through the gym and explained and demonstrated each machine to you. Further they should have sat down with you and started a plan to help you meet your goals without hurting yourself or using counter productive techniques...
