Can you recommend me some weight lifting routines for strength?
I am 6 feet and weigh 175 pounds. Can you please recommend me some workouts to drastically increase my strength, especially on the bench? I only started lifting two weeks ago but still, I can only lift like 110 lbs.
I am looking for a workout that specifically targets strength gain. I am also looking for something that targets my whole body.
I regularily take protein shakes and creatine.

3. do a full body workout MWF. take creatine like it says on container. take protein up to 30 minutes after workout. after you have done full body for 6-8 weeks try switching to a split routine where you work 1 or 2 muscle groups a day 4-5 times a week. the most important thing is giving you muscles time to rest. for me overtraining was more of an issue than not working out hard enough. just do research on your own for different excercises targeting diffrenent muscles. do 3 sets of 8 or 10 for each excercise. some good ones are
bench press, incline, easy bar curls, dumbbell curls, preacher curls, dumbbell flies, shoulder press, tricep extensions, hammer curls, squats, leg curls, lunges, one arm dumbbell rows, and shrugs
google these there will be pictures and videos on how to do them
i started out with these excercises 3 times a week and got good results
do some research and improve or change it up to fit what you want
