I'm a 38 year old man 5'8 in hight, weighing about 99 Kgs. i want to reduce my weight about 20 kgs.

kindly suggest me some kind of method and exerciese that i can reduce my weight quickly or normally and i have some weight lifting equipment but remember i cannot walk fast coz i have problem in my lets i can walk but not fast but suggest me exercise and weight lifting that can help to reduce my weight and if u r pakistan u can tel me eating plan also that i need to start

avoid drinking or eating acid foods like soda, 'cause they avoid u burn your fat
do aerobic exercises in a club
