How a semi skinny guy can get muscly in a short amount of time?
I'm almost 18 and weigh about 130. I don't have access to fancy weight equipment, or really any weight lifting equipment at all. but if anybody has any tips I'd love to hear them! thanks!

2. If you want to get "muscly" in a short amount of time i suggest steroids, but many people will get mad at me for saying that.
The next best way is hard work and eating right, try looking around this site, as this guy knows what he's talking about.
