I have pretty much figured out the routine while I am home, the problem is that I work on a boat 2 weeks out of the month and there is no weight equipment on there. They do have a Nordic Trac, Total Gym (the Chuck Norris version) and an Ab lounge. What should I do about lifting on the boat? Should I just stick with Pull ups, Sit ups and Push ups or is there a better way to see results? Any help would be appreciated. Thank-You
