How to gain strength without lifting weights or gym equipment?

Hi,
I break dance and I do not want to add huge amounts of muscle mass because it would make it harder to lift my body and I do not have the time to go out to the gym so what following exercises would also strengthen my abs, chest, arms, and wrist.

Public Comments

1. Sit ups, push ups, and yoga

2. Doing A LOT of break dancing would be one of the best ways to build muscles FOR break dancing.

Old School excercises...are always the best...the other stuff is for he lazy.

SITUPS...buil the upper and middle abs best.(mix it up..crunchs, twists, legs straight, knees bent, etc)
LEG LIFTS...build the lower abs best.
PUSHUPS...build the chest. (wider hands, shoulder width, fingers touching triangle shape, hands above shoulders, etc. build different muscle areas)
WRISTS...learn nunchucks, or at least make the same figure 8 movements...a lot. get a stick...attach a string to the middle and tie a small/medium weight to the end of the string...wind it up and unwind it...is one of the best wrist strengthening exercises ever, and like all the above, cheap or free!!!

Honestly...all these and others will help...but the best way to build muscles for a specific physical endeavor...is to do it...a lot. Jumping a lot = higher jumping. Stretching a lot = better stretching ability, etc
Sooo more breakdancing = better/stronger breakdancing muscles!!!

3. Push ups, sit ups, maybe even a punching bag?
