Help me figure out a weight lifting routine with my equipment.?

I have limited equipment and would like to know the best workout to tone my arms. All I have at the moment is 2 dumbells that let you put the weight amount on, a curling bar, two 5 pound weights and four 10 pound weights. I know it aint much, but for now it will have to do. Can anyone help me in setting up a program for maximum effect and quick results? Also, are there any supplements I can take to help build up my muscles? and which would be the best for a casual lifter like myself?
Forgot that I have four 5 pound weights, not two.

1. the site below. you have to set up an account but it's free. i only have dumbbells as well and i went on their site and you can choose that you only have free weights, and that you only want to do upper body. they will actually customize a workout for you based on your fitness level , telling you what move to do(with an explanation,) along with suggested sets and reps. afterwards you can fill in the weight and how many sets/reps you did to keep track of it. don't do more than they suggest though because they set it up to really push you without over-doing it. in about 3 weeks using two 10lb dumbbells i started noticing some very nice definition along my shoulders and arms. being that you're male, you'll most likely tone up faster because guys always do. lucky :( lol..
