cheap weight lifting equipment??plz answer!?
I am looking for a cheap weight lifting equipment that meets what i am looking for. i want one that you start at your shoulders and move the bar-thing towards your chest. im not sure how to really describe that...sorrry!
i also want one where you start at the top of your reach(you are sitting down on the bench, on your butt) you will then pull the bar down towards your chest. im super sorry i cant explain this as well.
im looking for equipment that is cheap yet the kind i want-i want both of these on the same quipment. i have a different equipment yet i would much rather prefer this. i alos want to find this at a pretty well known store...such as wal-mart,target,ect... maybe sears...idk maybe even ebay.
plz answer this and plz tell me if you have what im looking for and where you got it/price. thanks!!!
