im 13 almost 14 and im going to start lifting weights what equipment should i get and how much weight for it?

1. Im 12. When I weight lift, I use most of the machines in the gym, but I lift anywhere from 50-125 lbs. on each machine. Make sure to get something that works your abs, pecs, biceps, triceps, any thigh and calve muscles, and back muscles.
