What are this piece of weight lifting equipment called?

My uncle gave this to me. Its kinda like barbells but has this weird design. You hold the middle. Thanks.

1. my uncle gave me one too... i been looking and all i came close to was "Threaded Tricep Bomber" dont know if thats the correct name.

2. I'm sorry that I don't know what it is called but I do know how to use it.

You hold it behind your neck like this:

And have it going straight up and down and put one hand on the lower bar in the square thing and one on the upper one and lift straight towards the ceiling without moving you upper part of your arms, just pivet at the elbows, and then move back down and repeat. It is kind of like an upside-down bicep curl.

3. it is a hammer curl bar. you hold it with both palms facing each other and do hammer curls. the hammer curl will help widen your bicep. it is also great for curling then lifting over your head to do a shoulder press. the gy i go to has one and they are pretty rare...not alot of places have them. hope this helped. if you need excersize tips for it just google hammer curl bar.
