Any good weight lifting supplements out?
Im trying to get bigger and more cut and my diet just doesnt seem to be working as good anymore.

1. supplements are exactly that, they supplement your diet. you can take protein/creatine to aid in additional weight gain however you need to increase your caloric intake if your current diet has caused you to plateau. remember as a bodybuilder you need to eat like a monster and train even harder to get results. your diet in fact may not be the limiting factor, try switching up your workouts. bodybuilding is a unique science in my opinion and takes a lil bit to get it just right and even then it will need to be changed as your body improves. be patient and consistent. now back to your original question, i take animal sterol complex, animal pak vitamins, kre-alkalyn 1500 (creatine), optimum nutrition standard gold whey protein, optimum nutrition amino energy, muscle pharm assault pre workout. again do not rely on supplements. I eat 5-6 a day and try to be strict (chicken fish oats water fruit and veggies rice etc) need any suggestions feel free to email.
