What are some weight lifting workouts that help me punch harder?
I don't have a heavy bag so not that, I already do jumping push ups, anything else, thanks

2. Let me tell you a secret. Try hitting wall. That will really increase your bone strength and will make your bones much stronger. Consume calcium tablets. Do push ups, lats pull down, dumble curls, hammer curls, rope press down, Kick back, etc to increase muscle mass. Eat 16 egg whites a day to boost your muscle growth. Try hitting wall whenever you get time that will give a hard blow to your opponent in competition. Best of luck :)
