Is it o.k to mix weight lifting supplements?
I'm 17, 6 foot 3 tall, and am starting to get into weight lifting. My bro is an avid weight lifter and bought NO3, GNC Amplified Mass XXX, and a pre-workout powder called 1.M.R. I want to know if its okay to mix them before I workout. P.S. Any advice for working out. I really don't see my bro cause he works all night and sleeps most of the day. Thanks

1. Weight lifting supplements are a huge scam. Most are harmless but some can be dangerous.
2. Dude 1mr is a pre workout the other one you mentioned is a protein supplement so no dont mix them together, also 1mr is garbage its all stimulant and a 17 y/o should not take 1mr or other pre workout, i know you wont listen so whatever..
