What weight lifting & conditioning routines should i do in the offseason?

I want to play running back or full back and linebacker for high school. I tried to find what conditioning and weight lifting routines trent richardson does but couldnt. I work out every day after school and rest on the weekends. P.S. someone with expirence please anwser this question

1. My best advice for you this upcoming (and every) offseason is to eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day. If you do these two things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful running back or fullback in high school football.

2. You should go to the coach, let him know you're interested in playing, and ask him if you would be able to participate in the team's off season strength and conditioning program.

Trent Richardson is a professional. Football is his work. There will be little similarity between what he does and what you are capable of or have the time to do.

3. I could tell you my school's S&C routine but last time i did that on here i got scolded by someone who claimed I don't play football
