What are some good protein supplements for weight lifting?
Hi, i'm an 18 year old going to college in the fall and i am going to weight lift with one of my friends pretty much everyday or when we can. I've done some research and i've found plenty of protein shakes, bars, powder and pills...but i'm not sure which ones would most benefit me the most. I'd like to build muscle the most but i suppose lean muscle wouldn't be bad either. If it matters i am 5'3 and i weigh 130 pounds. What is the best protein supplement for me and why?

1. whey protein. its cheap and effective. You can get a few months worht of supply from costco for like 30 bucks.
ive HEARD but never actually tried it that bulldozer xl5000 is AMAZING though
2. take N.O Xplod or Neurocore and buy good brand for protein like bsn, muscle tech, optimum nutrition..
here is a tips, small people tend to have better gravity and perform well in bench press weight liifting etc
