Where can I buy some cheap weight lifting equipment?

I would like to buy some weight lifting equipment for my house, but i only have so much money I can spend. Where can I find a place to by and olympic weight bench, an olympic barbell, and some weights to get me started, for a low price?

1. The first place I would start is locally using craigslist or gumtree.com
You can find a lot of used and some brand new equipment very very cheap and most of the time the seller is located very close and is willing to settle at a fraction of there asking price.

I just recently bought an entire set using walmart site to store, I bought a golds gym set very cheap and installed it in my garage pretty fast.
