what weight lifting supplements should i use and which ones to avoid?
im currently 14 years old 120-135 pound and turning 15 in like 5-6 months. im want to know what supplements i should use to raise my max on lifting and build muscle but be completely safe for my size age and weight. please don't list any thing that will have embarrassing side effects. im currently am using whey protein supper advanced but need something more. any suggestions

1. Honestly, most of the supplements on the market are only useful for one kind of person, and that's hardcore bodybuilders who want to look like the dudes on the cover of Muscle Today (i.e. freaks).
Stick with the protein, eat a lot of meat, drink a lot of milk. It's not glamorous, but it works.
If you really want to go the chemical route, creatine is good. Remember to drink a HUGE amount of water when you're on it; creatine will dehydrate you really fast.
