I have a question about weight lifting supplements.?
I'm 15 and not that tall (still growing a bit) and I would like to know if talking protein supplements etc. Would effect my growth or if it is unhealthy in anyway things like (muscle milk, Force Factor, Whey protein etc.) I need that extra edge for football and that is strength...

1. no ofcourse not... whey protein is just a food supplement, basically taking a serving of that is like eating a chicken breast, or a can of tuna its just protein there is no bad side affects... except for gas =/
