Have my weight lifting supplements expired or "gone off" ?

Hello to All,

I have the following: BCCA's, L-Glutamine, Citrulline Malate, Glutamine Peptides, HMB.

Ive just found these stored away in my cupboard, and they may have been in there for approx 2 years - possibly more!

Can these expired ? Ive obtained from a reputable source, however none of them have an expiry date on them. NOTE: they are all in powder form, and has not been exposed to a hot or moist environment as all are in containers.

1. I would say they are probably bad by now.

Most supplements SHOULD have an expiry date on the bottle somewhere, although it may be hard to see at first glance. Try under the cap or on the bottom of the bottle. If you can't find one you can always call the manufacturer and ask.

Most supplements are good for 1-1.5 years tops. I wouldn't use them until you knew for sure.
