1. kk try hip pop abs search it on google

2. Start off slow if you've never worked out before. A lot of people stop doing weights because of the pain they feel in the first few weeks. I'd recommend building some lean muscle first with more reps at a lower weight then building some big muscle with short reps at a higher weight. You want to be stable before you start doing some heavy lifting and it's going to take a long time.

Remember to eat at least an hour before you work out and right after if you're trying to build muscle. Get some protein water mixes or some bars and keep them in your gym bag.

If you start Monday then Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday would be good workout days. The rest of the week rest or do cardio.

3. probly four days a week, rest three, and if you want to lose weight id try some cardio like running or somthing

mon, weds, thurs, sat you can work out and rest the other days if you want

4. never try to lose weight by weightlifting you are only adding more muscel on your body so you are adding more weight. ask your doctor if you are over weight who knows you might just be at a heavy stage in life. drink a lot of water and when you need to go to the bathroom don't hold just go then drink so more water.

5. Lifting weights definetly is a good idea to increase muscle mass and burn calories. To burn more calories when lifting try focusing on the bigger muscle to burn more, like your hamstrings or quads or back. Exercises that work more than one muscle at a time are good too (most back exercises do that). To lose weight and burn fat try cardio, when i say cardio i mean interval training, not long distance running. Interval training increases metabolism so you pretty much burn calories as u sleep!
Get lots of protein after a workout 38-40 g per hour. When working out I would start with weights first and then the cardio (weights burn all the glycogen, than the cardio digs in to your fat stores).
Try working out 3-4 times a week (workout every other day)

6. I was the same way at your age, lots of strength, but the only distance I had was around my midsection. Sounds like you have a decent amount of muscle going for you, you just need to focus more on your cardio. Lifting doesn't burn nearly as many calories as you might think. Also work more reps into your workouts, 3-5 sets of 10 for one day a week with light weights.
