How much $ would it cost to build a full size Professional gym with weight lifting equipment exercise machine?

treadmills, Sauna, Showers etc. Something like a Jack LaLane Gym.

2. Depend on design, use carpets or woods flooring? And depend on structures you have. Like lumber woods stick frame? Or all concrete wall. And how you finish interiors wall and ceiling. Drywall or leave it unfinished concrete and paint white or whatever you like.

Most public school use color concrete block but leave ceiling unfinished. The lowest you can spends maybe 20,000 dollars but it base on barn alike structure with plywoods on top of wall for outside with concrete floors. You can spend 100,000 to make it a base concrete structure with base design. You can spend millions for luxury kind.

For equipment to work out. I would say it cost about 800 dollars per basic machine or you can spend 4,000 per machine that have computer base program equipment with timers and weight adjustment controls manuals. I would say maybe get 20 different exercise positions machine.
