1. I completely understand your concern. With the economy how it is everyone is looking to save a buck here and there. In my opinion this is not one of them. Take it from someone who used to buy the cheapest supplements out there, I thought I was doing my body and wallet a good thing. I ended up only having expensive urine. I learned in grad school that cheap supplements use cheap chemicals that your body doesn't recognize as natural so it sends them to the kidneys for removal. That explained why my urine was always a bright yellow/green after taking them. What I do now is I ask myself what exactly am I looking to accomplish taking a supplement, i.e. bigger gains, more energy, more protein, carbs, etc. Then I research what is available to me that is natural (there are supplement companies who use all natural ingredients) and I make my decision based on that. I hope that helps you.
