do you know of an in season basketball weight lifting routine? preferably for at home?

football just ended and im going in to basketball season and need to lift for footballl during the season.
is there a weight lifting program for basketball you know of? at home or in the gym?

1. You will want o do a lighter weightlifting schedule while playing basketball as compared to the off season mass building phase. Light to moderate weights and reps. The idea is to maintain what you had built up in the off season.
